Faculty, staff and students come together to practice mindfulness. Practices may include body scans, guided and unguided meditations, loving-kindness and self-compassion exercises. Bring your own practice or learn sitting meditation to take away to practice on your own, but do join us regularly. Practicing mindfulness is more precious experienced with others.
